Warranty
All products manufactured by LATTER PACKAGING EQUIPMENT, INC. are warranted to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of one year from the date of initial sale to the original buyer. The exclusive remedy for any such defect shall be to provide parts and labor or replacement with a similarly used product at LATTER's option without expense to the buyer, provided, as to the entire product, it is delivered to the factory in a timely manner with shipping pre-paid both ways (LATTER will pay for return shipment for components under 10 lbs). All products manufactured by LATTER have been tested before leaving the factory. If the product is inoperative upon receipt PLEASE REPORT THIS DIRECTLY TO THE CARRIER (UPS, Truck Freight Company, etc.) and send a copy to LATTER.
This warranty is in lieu of the implied warranty of fitness and merchantibility to the extent permitted by California Law. If the buyer and LATTER dispute whether or not there is a defect after the product has been inspected by LATTER, the product will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense or kept at the factory pending resolution, whichever is selected by the buyer. In the event of misuse, abuse, or neglect of this product, this warranty shall be void and terminated.
All HEAT GUNS sold by LATTER PACKAGING EQUIPMENT, INC. are warranted by the individual manufacturer of that particular heat gun. Please refer to the warranty statement included with the heat gun for instructions.
